The main objective of this program is to use new diagnostic technology to effectively improve poultry and poultry products throughout the United States. Our flocks are tested semiannually by the Missouri Department of Agriculture. We practice bio-security. We do not offer tours or visitors on our farm.

During the winter most of our birds are commingled into one or two large pens for easier care. We do not put lights on our birds, therefor egg production is minimized starting with the fall molt until the hens naturally begin increasing egg production in the spring.
